Our family has been taking all of our vehicles to Westerville Automotive on Westerville Road for years. It is such a convenience and comfort to have trustworthy and reliable auto care. We have older, domestic cars so we are there a lot more than we want to be sometimes but it is always good to see Mark and Joel. We are always taken care of in an honest and friendly manner. We think of them as trusted advisors, as health care providers for our cars and as friends. I recently had the experience of having my car break down twice in the same week while I was out of state. Mark fielded 4-8 calls over the course of 3 days and provided me with excellent advice that helped me feel confident as I dealt with both an intermittent alternator issue and a transmission hose failure. I am glad to be home and to know that Westerville Auto will help me even when I'm not in town.

I have taken all of my family vehicles to Mark and Joel at Westerville Auto for over 5 years. The Uptown location is closer to my house, but myself and my family have been treated so well at the Westerville Rd location, so we do not stray! I know enough about cars to be dangerous, but this is why I trust these guys with our vehicles. 1/21/21 I drop off a Civic for an oil change and to likely change the tire pressure monitor which has been on since I purchased the vehicle. If it has to be changed, I was told it could be as much as $180. I give them the go-ahead to proceed and get a call from Joel telling me that the tire pressure was just a few psi too high.....WHAT PLACE DOES THIS!?!?!? They could have easily made an additional $180 off of me that day, but the honesty is what's right.....and that's what keeps me coming back. Thanks, Mark and Joel!
