Needed some work on my car and found a coupon in the mail for Westerville Automotive so I decided to give them a try based upon what I found online about them. Called and made an appointment and asked if I could use the coupon. Later on I had to reschedule the appointment and they were gracious enough to do so without any issue.
The day my car was to be worked on we dropped it off when they opened at 8am. We got there about 10 minutes early and the gentleman opened up without incident. I detailed everything that needed done on my car, oil change, tire rotation, 4-wheel alignment and possibly new wiper blades. I also asked them about possibly needing a new tire or two and to check the tires. The man at the counter was friendly and took down all of my information and said he would call me when it was ready.
"If I could give this place more stars, I would. My family has been going here for over a decade because they're not just good at what they do, but so honest. Seriously, this place single-handedly reverses the stereotype of mechanics being dishonest. There have been many times where they've been fixing one thing, discovered another little problem, and fixed it for us free of charge. The AC unit in my 08 Scion was not working. I scheduled an appointment with this shop and they got my car fixed within 24 hours. Fast and good services, and the price is reasonable compare to other stores. Great Job Westerville Automotive, Nate
