Westerville Automotive has to be one of the best, if not the best, auto repair company going today. I have been a customer for many years and have always been treated fairly and with respect. The service I have received from them is simply the greatest. I recently brought my Ford Ranger in because it had a problem with the tires, (whining and vibrations). They fixed the problem. I thought It would be a good idea to have the tires balanced to make the ride even better and took it to where I have the tires maintained. Of course this totally messed up the work Westerville Automotive did. I took my truck back to Westerville Automotive a few days later to have the tires brought back to the correct arrangement. They performed the work for me at no charge, even though I caused the problem the second time. In todays world it is extremely rare for a company to have such integrity. I will forever be a customer of theirs and will highly recommend them to any who need a dependable auto shop.
