Great service! Friendly, timely, and on point!! You have earned my business, even with the 2-hour drive to get here. I felt understood and that I was not spoken down to, which is so often the case. My questions were answered, the price was fair, and a long-term plan for my older well-used car was designed with my needs in mind.

I have taken all of my family vehicles to Mark and Joel at Westerville Auto for over 5 years. The Uptown location is closer to my house, but myself and my family have been treated so well at the Westerville Rd location, so we do not stray! I know enough about cars to be dangerous, but this is why I trust these guys with our vehicles. 1/21/21 I drop off a Civic for an oil change and to likely change the tire pressure monitor which has been on since I purchased the vehicle. If it has to be changed, I was told it could be as much as $180. I give them the go-ahead to proceed and get a call from Joel telling me that the tire pressure was just a few psi too high.....WHAT PLACE DOES THIS!?!?!? They could have easily made an additional $180 off of me that day, but the honesty is what's right.....and that's what keeps me coming back. Thanks, Mark and Joel!
