Consumers are protected by the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, enforced by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), which prohibits a manufacturer from voiding the vehicle warranty because service was done by a non-dealer.

If I could give this place more stars, I would. My family has been going here for over a decade because they're not just good at what they do, but so honest. Seriously, this place single-handedly reverses the stereotype of mechanics being dishonest. There have been many times where they've been fixing one thing, discovered another little problem, and fixed it for us free of charge. Needed some work on my car and found a coupon in the mail for Westerville Automotive so I decided to give them a try based upon what I found online about them. Called and made an appointment and asked if I could use the coupon. Later on I had to reschedule the appointment and they were gracious enough to do so without any issue.

When it comes to your car you're very particular. You make sure the oil is clean and the tires aligned. Your mats are always vacuumed and your mirrors have to be in the right position for driving. But did you know that regular tune ups are just as important in caring for your car?
