I have always had incredible experiences at Westerville Automotive. I have used their services for well over 10 years and they have never let me down. It is nice to have an Automotive shop I can go to that I trust. I never second guess their recommendations and I know what they suggest is for my and my car's best interests, not because they want to upsell me. They also speak to me with respect, regardless of if my husband is around, which is unfortunately still rare. They have taken care of all of my vehicles and will continue to do so. My car lost the timing belt and water pump on 270 on my way home from vacation last weekend. Local friends recommended I have it towed to Westerville Automotive for repairs. They have used this shop for over a decade. I couldn't be more pleased. While the repairs needed were more than what I was willing to put into my old 2001 Honda Civic, the price quoted was more than fair. They had to do some repair (which I authorized) in order to find out if the engine was okay. It was not. Ken was honest, patient, incredibly helpful and understanding as we dealt with several days of going back and forth as I made decisions on what to do about the car. He worked me into their busy schedule since I was from out of town and it was an emergency situation for me. Again, I couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism and integrity.
